Comera Finance has officially opened its commercial operations in the UAE with the development of a financial services platform that will offer customised lending and deposit facilities to businesses and individual clients. This financial institution operates under the licence issued by the Central Bank of the UAE and acts as the main subsidiary of Comera Financial Holdings, which is an investment company of the Royal Group of Abu Dhabi.

This institution has developed its portfolio in a manner that will specifically meet the demands for capital growth and liquidity management faced by businesses in the UAE.

Business clients can now access fixed-term loans, specialised merchant financing instruments, and corporate deposit accounts designed to streamline operational cash flow. According to institutional statements, these enterprise-focused financial tools intend to provide flexible funding options that support sustainable business expansion and operational sustainability within the competitive Gulf economic ecosystem.

In tandem with its commercial banking division, Comera Finance is introducing personal credit facilities catered specifically to eligible retail borrowers. The individual lending sector prioritises user accessibility alongside responsible lending frameworks to ensure financial transparency. Executive management confirmed that the institutional product portfolio will progressively widen over time, expanding its range in direct response to consumer demands, institutional readiness, and ongoing regulatory guidance from national banking authorities.

Company executives framed the commercial rollout as a foundational milestone in building a wider, integrated financial services ecosystem within the region. Akhtar Saeed Hashmi, Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of Comera Financial Holdings, noted that the venture focuses on developing tailored financial mechanisms that remain responsive to market shifts while maintaining rigid adherence to operational risk management and responsible financing practices.

The commercial entry of Comera Finance occurs amid broader market trends across the United Arab Emirates aimed at expanding access to specialised financial capital for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and corporate borrowers. By leveraging its institutional backing from Abu Dhabi’s Royal Group, the company aims to establish a resilient market presence, systematically introducing technological innovations and expanding its client reach throughout the national market over the coming years.
